Hey, wonderful spirit!
I’m Yasmin, and I’m thrilled to welcome you!
I’m a writer, empowerment speaker, and wellness creator with a mission to help women prioritize self-love, healing, and growth. My current monthly audience is 537k.
For more than 15 years, I’ve been creating stories and spaces that celebrate the power, resilience, and brilliance of Black women. Whether through my books, speaking events, or social media platforms, I’ve dedicated my life to uplifting women who are learning to take care of themselves — emotionally, mentally, and spiritually.

My story
why I created this platform. . .
After years of working in the entertainment industry, I realized that real success starts with self-awareness and wellness.
I began sharing insights about meditation, vision boards, mindset shifts, and emotional wellness — and my audience grew rapidly.
Now, through Yasmin Shiraz and Self Help Love, I’m building a movement of women who are learning to visualize, affirm, and become their highest selves — one day at a time.

I really believe that:
Every person has a role to play in
making this world better.
Yasmin Shiraz

My community says:
Thank you for expressing how I feel about this situation.
I’m not blaming the victims but as women we have to have a plan out here.

Criminology. Ha! Committed to the subject, I’ve written and produced several true crime shows and podcasts.
Hardest thing I did as a young entrepreneur
Ask outlets to distribute my magazine, Mad Rhythms. Thoughts of rejection were hard in the beginning.
