My story

why I created this platform. . .

After years of working in the entertainment industry, I realized that real success starts with self-awareness and wellness.

I began sharing insights about meditation, vision boards, mindset shifts, and emotional wellness — and my audience grew rapidly.

Now, through Yasmin Shiraz and Self Help Love, I’m building a movement of women who are learning to visualize, affirm, and become their highest selves — one day at a time.

I really believe that:

Every person has a role to play in
making this world better.

My community says:

Thank you for expressing how I feel about this situation.

I’m not blaming the victims but as women we have to have a plan out here.

My favorite subject in college

Criminology. Ha! Committed to the subject, I’ve written and produced several true crime shows and podcasts.

Hardest thing I did as a young entrepreneur

Ask outlets to distribute my magazine, Mad Rhythms. Thoughts of rejection were hard in the beginning.

I’d probably go nuts as I’ve written in practically every format there is. Poetry, raps, magazines, speeches, songs, blogs, podcasts, TV, documentaries, film, novels, non-fiction, young adult and adult… What am I missing?

Having a dispute with a college professor and winning because they had graded me unfairly. It taught me that even smart, powerful people make mistakes and need to be corrected.

I still roller skate no matter how old I am. Knee pads, elbow pads, helmets–here I come.
